Waist: Poppers all closed: 32 Inches/ 81 cm
Waist: Poppers closed on last set: 42 inches / 107 cm (You will need leggings as it will be very short at the front, more like a wrap)

Back: 16 inches/ 41cm
Sides: 14 inches/ 35cm
Shortest part at front: 12 inches/ 30cm (will shorten if waist is larger than 30cm)
KILT RUFFLE SKIRTS
Upcycled from a traditional Scottish Kilt. Soft lining ensures they feel smooth against your skin. A set of brass poppers allows the fit to be adjustable. They can be worn high on the waist or down on the hips. Over leggings or with tights and a pair of boots.
MATERIALS:
This Skirt is made from black wool Tweed and a woolen Kilt, lined with a black rayon mix & embellished with custom Barocco Poppers.
